How about PoC under the Smart city framework which was recently launched. If the proposal is good, companies can approach the Ministry.

There are many VC/PEs out there looking to invest in close to commercialisation technology companies, please feel free to reach out and I can bridge you over. The following conditions are usually required:

1. There is a need being addressed with this technology;

2. IP / patent ownership; and

3. Scalability.

@capven Why IP/Patent is very important criteria? Is this mandatory?
